Witness the evolution of the captivating Aurora, a unique office building with an exciting future. New vitality will be infused into the historic facade of this landmark, as it becomes Amsterdam’s first Paris Proof monument. Situated at the corner of Stadhouderskade and Overtoom, Aurora is undergoing a striking renovation. In mid-2026, its doors will open to reveal a vibrant, highly sustainable building. This future-ready icon will inspire and energize people from the moment they enter.

A welcoming and inspiring office

9,000 sqm high quality workspace in the centre of Amsterdam

The renovation modernizes the building into a sustainable and healthy office space, while respecting its unique features and historical significance. The renovation’s key elements include:

  • New glass atrium at the rear with green ­façades
  • Striking spiral staircase connecting all floors
  • New top floor with an outside area offering views over Amsterdam
  • A green roof on the first floor that will be extended inwards inviting entrance with reception
  • Coffee bar next to the entrance
  • 216 bike spots incl. charging points and showers

Approx. 1,200 sq. m. LFA office space per floor with possibility to divide into two separate offices.a
